MegaMillionsInsight AI is an educational entertainment app for US Mega Millions lottery analysis. We designed it with privacy by design.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store personal data on our servers.

• Draw history, predictions, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device.
• No account or login is required.
• No analytics, tracking, or third-party advertising.
• All machine-learning training and prediction runs on-device.

Data That May Leave Your Device

• Optional network requests — The app may fetch public Mega Millions draw results from third-party public websites (e.g. megamillions.com). These requests do not include your name, Apple ID, or other personal identifiers.
• Bundled historical data — Historical draw archives are included inside the app and loaded locally. This data is not sent to us.
• Export / import — If you use CSV or JSON export, or import a file via the iOS file picker, that action is under your control. We do not receive those files.
• Notifications — If you enable draw reminders, iOS schedules local notifications on your device only (Tue/Fri draw nights).

Children's Privacy

MegaMillionsInsight AI is not directed to children under 13. The app deals with lottery themes and is intended for adults who understand entertainment-only disclaimers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.
