For Investors
Strategic preamble
How we capitalize the company — honestly
We understand that the practical path to capitalize SHIELDGUARD INC is to offer software solutions first — products customers can buy, demo, and renew without a factory floor. That cash flow, distribution muscle, and market proof is what allows us to later launch and scale our hardware products (clean-air isolation and modular residential safe rooms) with the capital and discipline they deserve.
In short: software is the engine; hardware is the long-horizon IP we refuse to underfund or over-promise.
Letter from the founder
Dear Investor,
I am reaching out to present a serious Canadian business opportunity built on real engineering, real IP, and a sequenced go-to-market.
My name is Clauzer Dziedziensky, founder and CEO of SHIELDGUARD INC (Ancaster, Ontario). I have 20+ years in telecommunications engineering (Philips, Ericsson, Marconi) and product IP abroad — including patented Safe Room / bunker concepts used to protect critical assets. In Canada I chose a path that respects capital: sell software now; keep hardware ready for a funded chapter.
What the company holds
The original industrial thesis remains intact — three hardware product families with strong contemporary appeal and a differentiated architecture:
- Modular residential bunker / Safe Room — patented (in my name) lineage from corporate data-centre protection (fire, electromagnetic, unauthorized access, CBR thinking), adapted for homes. Can be positioned as a new-build option (including mortgage packaging) or retrofit via real-estate channels.
- Multi-purpose HEPA+ UV-C air system — residential / clinic / office isolation: HEPA filtration combined with an enclosed UV-C inactivation chamber, modular and mobile, with optional CBR canister path. Also designed to supply clean air inside sealed shelters.
- UV-C pathogen inactivation for devices — a sanitizing bay concept using modern UV-C LEDs (precise wavelength) rather than legacy mercury/halogen lamps common in expensive clinical units.
Health agencies in Canada and the United States have long recommended high-efficiency filtration to reduce aerosol transmission risk; UV-C at the correct wavelength disrupts pathogen DNA/RNA. We hold the engineering documentation and scientific library to support partner diligence — while being explicit that UV-C is hazardous if misused and our design is fully enclosed.
Why software first is the investor-correct sequence
Hardware manufacturing needs tooling, certification, inventory, and a go-to-market that matches quality. Raising only to warehouse units we cannot yet sell is not our ask. Instead we are building a software-first company that can generate recurring revenue, App Store distribution, and Canadian R&D profile (SR&ED / IRAP-eligible work) — then lever that strength into hardware.
Profitability niches we are opening now
These are high-margin digital products aimed at underserved buyers:

- Launchpad annual seats at US$249.99 / person / year (Quality multipack ISO 9001 ± 14001/45001; A2LA lab 17025 specialty) — typical team 3–5 seats → roughly US$750–1,250 / year per organization, App Store distribution.
- Prometheus Forge — contractor ERP with free simulator funnel; monthly AI subscription (Canada-first pricing).
- Consumer apps (AllergyGuard, MoneyGuard, LottoInsight AI, Lotto US 250, FarmGate) — health, financial education, entertainment, local food — brand + App Store muscle, separate shelf from B2B.
Why this is attractive: faster sales cycles, no inventory CAPEX, high gross margin, recurring seats/subs, and platform optionality (same Forge core later for other trades).
Hardware remains real — intentionally secondary until funded
HEPA+ UV-C room isolation and modular bunkers stay in the company DNA and IP stack. Technical pages and the scientific library remain online for partners. Consumer marketing does not pretend hardware is shipping in volume before capital allows an honest launch.

Current status & ask
The company is operational as a software builder with hardware IP in vault. Depending on investor profile, we can accelerate software GTM with modest capital — or structure a larger partnership that also funds hardware certification and first production. I offer partnership and administrative participation proportional to investment, with full diligence materials available under NDA.
If you believe in Canadian technology for the forgotten SME — and in capitalizing hardware the right way — I would welcome a conversation.
