Partnership or Investment Opportunity in the company

ShieldGuard is a start-up, and its founder has extensive experience in the conception, design (patent), manufacturing, testing and certification of products for the physical protection of data centre (Server Farms).

Up until now, the company has been focused on being a non-profit initiative. Our goal has been to help people who need a clean, pathogen-free air environment. However, we have been encouraged to seek new horizons for this product and for this reason, I am thinking of seeking an investor or partner.

We are initially launching an innovative and unique THREE-IN-ONE product. 

An air filter with HEPA technology, combined with an ultraviolet radiation chamber for pathogen inactivation, which has a lid for the user to place their personal belongings in and sanitise them.

This first product, due to its complexity and use of a UV-C radiation emitting device, is registered with the Canada Health PMRA and has its patent pending.

We plan to launch other products in other phases, which are equally well positioned, innovative and patentable.

Considering the founder's profile as a creative person with experience in manufacturing, quality and all processes involving products, from raw material acquisition, manufacturing, quality control, shipping, installation and maintenance, a partner with administrative, financial and/or marketing and sales profiles will be very welcome within the company's structure.

The other products on the roadmaps are sanitizer for personal belongings and safe rooms (Bunkers) for residences with the capacity to protect against various risks including nuclear fallout.
